Who we are
Koozi (koozi.io) makes distribution reports for mobile apps. This policy explains what we collect when you use Koozi, why we collect it, who helps us process it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Questions or requests: support@koozi.io.
What we collect
Your account: your email address. If you sign in with Google, we also receive the name and profile picture on your Google account. If you use a password, it's stored only in hashed form by our sign-in provider; we never see it.
What you tell us about your app: the app link or description, category, platforms, audience, goals, competitors, content preferences, timezone, notes, the email address you want the report sent to, and any App Store Connect numbers you choose to add.
Payments: Stripe handles checkout, so we never see or store your full card details. We keep a record of what you bought, the amount, the date, and Stripe's customer and payment references so we can show your purchases and handle refunds and subscriptions.
Your reports: the reports we generate for you, and whether you've turned on a share link.
Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider processes standard request data such as your IP address and browser type to run the site securely.
How we use it
To research and write your report, deliver it to you, and keep it in your account. To send emails about your reports, such as "your report is ready" and Monthly Pulse updates, and to answer you when you reply. To take payments, issue refunds and manage subscriptions. To prevent abuse and fix problems.
We don't sell your data, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't send marketing emails.
Cookies and browser storage
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, or analytics trackers. Your browser stores your sign-in session, the page to return to after signing in, and your 30-day plan checklist progress. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it serves them.
Services that process data for us
Each of these only gets what it needs to do its job:
Lovable Cloud (built on Supabase): hosting, database and sign-in. Stripe: payments, sales tax and receipts. Resend: sending emails. Trigger.dev: running the report engine. Anthropic (Claude): writing and fact-checking the report from your app details and the public data we collect. Apify: collecting public App Store, TikTok and Instagram data; it receives search terms about your niche and app, not your email or account. Google: optional sign-in, and fonts.
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries.
Public data in reports
Reports include information about competing apps and about creators, taken from public App Store listings and public TikTok and Instagram profiles and posts. A creator's email address only appears when it's publicly listed as a business contact. If you're a creator or app owner and want to be left out of future reports, email us and we'll exclude you.
Share links
If you turn on a share link for a report, anyone with the link can view that report. They don't see your account details or your intake answers. You can turn the link off at any time, and it stops working immediately.
How long we keep it
We keep your account, intake answers and reports while you have an account, so you can come back to your reports. If you ask us to delete them, we do so within 30 days. We keep payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Copies held by our providers, such as email delivery logs, are removed on their own schedules.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account and reports. Email support@koozi.io from the address on your account and we'll reply within 30 days. You can cancel Monthly Pulse at any time from your billing page.
Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California), you may have further rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Koozi is for people who make apps and isn't directed at children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change significantly affects how we use your data, we'll email customers before it takes effect.
