Terms of service
Last updated 6 October 2026
1. What Koozi provides
Koozi (koozi.io) produces research reports about how to distribute and market mobile apps. Reports are built from public data and written with the help of AI, and they contain estimates, recommendations and opinions, not guarantees of downloads, growth or revenue.
By creating an account or buying a report, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You need an account to buy and view reports. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Koozi.
3. Payment
Reports and Pro Reports are a one-time payment per report. Monthly Pulse is a subscription billed every month until you cancel; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Prices are shown before checkout, and payments are processed by Stripe.
4. Refunds
If your report fails or is missing sections we couldn't build, reply to your report email within 14 days and we'll re-run it or refund you in full. Because each report is researched and built for you, finished reports aren't otherwise refundable.
5. What you can do with reports
You may use your reports, including the slideshows, prompts and outreach messages, for your own app's marketing, and share them with your team, advisers and investors, including through a share link.
You may not resell or republish reports, or offer them as part of a paid service.
6. Your responsibilities
Give accurate information about your app, and only submit apps you own or are authorised to market.
You decide what to post and who to contact. When you reach out to creators or publish content, follow the rules of each platform and the law, including advertising disclosure rules for paid or gifted partnerships. Check any facts, figures and claims before you publish them.
Don't misuse Koozi: no attempts to break or overload the service, access other people's reports, or scrape the site.
7. Third-party data and content
Reports refer to other apps, creators and posts. Those names, trademarks and posts belong to their owners, and linking to them doesn't mean they endorse Koozi or you. Public data can be incomplete or change after your report is made.
8. Changes and availability
We keep improving Koozi, so features and report contents may change. We aim to keep the site available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Disclaimer
Koozi and its reports are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those in these terms, including any warranty that a report will be accurate, complete or fit a particular purpose, or that following it will produce particular results.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Koozi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, users or data, or for decisions you make based on a report.
Our total liability for any claim related to Koozi is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using Koozi at any time, cancel Monthly Pulse from your billing page, and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy policy). We may suspend accounts that break these terms; if we close your account for a reason that isn't your fault, we'll refund any unused prepaid time.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we'll email customers before it takes effect. Continuing to use Koozi after that means you accept the new terms.
